Usage Access Permission: Required to monitor app usage and calculate screen time statistics. This data is processed locally only.
Notification Permission (Optional): If granted, used only to send daily usage summaries and goal reminders. No notification data is collected or transmitted.
Display Over Other Apps Permission (Optional): Used for Smart Interventions feature to show mindful pause screens before opening selected apps. This permission only displays local app interface elements and does not access or collect data from other applications.
Accessibility Service Permission (Optional): Used for Smart Interventions feature to detect when brain rot apps are being opened. This permission only monitors app launch events for your selected apps and does not read, collect, or transmit any content, text, or personal information from other applications. All detection happens locally on your device.

Data Sharing

We do not share any data because we do not collect any data. Brain Rot Tracker:

Does not require user accounts
Does not share data with third parties

Data Security

Since all data remains on your device, security is handled by your device's built-in Android security features. We recommend keeping your device updated and using device security features like screen locks.
