These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using the Brain Rot Tracker Android application and related websites (collectively, the "App"). "Brain Rot Tracker," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Brain Rot Tracker and its developer. "You" means the person using the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
The App is a screen time awareness and self-management tool. It can show app usage statistics, classify selected apps, provide calendar and widget views, display pause or block screens, and enforce limits based on permissions and settings you choose.
The App depends on Android system data, permissions, background scheduling, device manufacturer behavior, and your settings. Statistics, alerts, blocks, notifications, and widgets may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or interrupted.
Some features require Android permissions or system settings, including Usage Access, Accessibility Service, Display Over Other Apps, Notifications, Package/App Visibility, Foreground Service, and Boot Completed behavior. You decide whether to grant, deny, or revoke permissions. If you revoke permissions, related features may stop working.
You agree not to misuse the App, bypass Android security controls, use the App for unlawful monitoring, or use it in a way that violates someone else's rights.
The App is designed to store your App data locally on your device and not on our servers. We generally cannot recover, export, restore, or delete local App data for you. Clearing App storage, uninstalling the App, changing devices, disabling permissions, or Android backup and restore behavior may delete, restore, duplicate, or change local App data.
The App is not a medical device, mental health service, therapy product, diagnostic tool, emergency tool, parental-control safety system, or substitute for professional advice. Any labels, scores, images, phrases, or "brain rot" language are informational, motivational, or entertainment-oriented.
The App, website, designs, graphics, code, text, names, logos, and related materials belong to Brain Rot Tracker or its licensors. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Please do not copy, sell, abuse, interfere with, or misuse the App. Do not use the App to violate law, infringe rights, harass, surveil, or harm any person. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from making truthful statements, reviews, or complaints about the App.
Your use of Android, Google Play, your device, your operating system, app stores, and any device backup or security services is governed by those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, store availability, operating system changes, device manufacturer behavior, or third-party policies.
We try to make the App useful, but we do not promise that it will always be available, compatible, secure, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by missed alerts, failed blocks, inaccurate statistics, local data loss, device issues, Android behavior, or third-party platform changes.
We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the App or these Terms. Updates may add, remove, or change features. If we make meaningful changes to these Terms, we will update the date above.
